Well, that says it all :)

"I’ve long thought that .tel is an over-technicalized solution geared at non-techies, and this is a prime example. Granted, there are plenty of third party solutions to develop your .tel domain. But why is a third party necessary? .Tel should be easy. It’s not."

Yep, the article hit the nail on the head.
.tel domains are very limited and using the more 'advanced' features involves technical steps you'd expect from Internet techies.
When you think of it, .tel was supposed to be so easy and user-friendly your grandma could use it... :showoff:
